How Reliable Is MHO DirectWave?

The MHO DirectWave network equipment is backed up by uninterruptible power supplies and generators. Our radio transmitters are designed to switch to a clear channel automatically should problems arise with the signal transmission. This switching will occur without interruption in services. MHO DirectWave is being constantly monitored for any failures. Should a transmitter at a base station fail, a backup transmitter will automatically take over to maintain uninterrupted service. MHO DirectWave’s wireless network operates on two separate frequencies which gives us more flexibility and reliability than a conventional one-frequency connection.

Stormy & Snowy Weather

You may be asking "How will weather affect my wireless connection?" Our transmission towers are set at minimum range distances, in addition to the network technology that is being used, making our system unaffected by adverse weather conditions.
