The MHO DirectWave^™ network equipment is backed up by uninterruptible power supplies and generators. Our radio transmitters are designed to switch to a clear channel automatically should problems arise with the signal transmission. This switching will occur without interruption in services. MHO DirectWave^™ is being constantly monitored for any failures. Should a transmitter at a base station fail, a backup transmitter will automatically take over to maintain uninterrupted service. MHO DirectWave^™’s wireless network operates on two separate frequencies which gives us more flexibility and reliability than a conventional one-frequency connection.
