How Does It Work?

Unlike cellular phone wireless services, our technology is based on a point to point or a point to multi-point transmission. The digital antenna is pointed at a MHO DirectWave wireless transmission tower to send and receive a signal.

The digital antenna is a small device ranging in size from 11" x 3" x 1/8" to 7" x 7" x ¾" to 14" x 14" x ¾" . These dimensions are small in comparison to an 18" satellite dish!

The transmission towers can send and receive data at high speeds from distances ranging from 2 to 15 miles away. The wireless technology is not limited by underground land lines and is not limited by equipment requirements. The ease of network expansion makes providing wireless Internet to rural areas a simple matter of when, not how.

The MHO DirectWave network is highly secure, highly reliable and always uses cutting edge technology. With MHO, providing quality service and support has been our number one priority since our inception in 1995. We are able to keep your data secure, and ensure accurate delivery because of our extensive history with computers, networking and Internet service provision.
